Continuing to learn and evaluation is important when looking at preparing myself for professional preparation. I can say that I have met all my previous school certifications and graduation requirements.

After my study time,  I can say I still see myself heading for a full time coaching career and  one day potentially becoming  a coach developer new/ young coaches. I am mentally preparing myself for competitiveness in this field as there will be competition. Therefore selling myself and being creative is important.

The key things I have to consider are:

• Having a strategy and plan

• Following my desire and passion to coach

• Making sure the job I take is for the right reasons
• Researching out there
• Finding opportunities such as grants, proposals to help deprived countries

• Attend more seminars and conferences
