I am now a Head Men and Women's Football Coach and hold a MSc degree. 

​

Before I undertook my Masters degree, I had a full time job in coaching inside schools and was the Head coach at Elite level for Millwall Lionesses Center of excellence.  My job gave me the experience to learn from professional coaches (around Europe), which helped expand my knowledge in football. 

​

In 2024 I will work on getting my UEFA A license and USSF A licence.

The Future

FOOTBALL SIDE 

​I am still  interested in becoming a full time head coach at adult Elite level (doing what I love to do). I am hoping to continue to spend time with different people, from around the world, learning and getting experience from them. I will also start researching too on development. This will be an ongoing, never ending process.

 

In 5 years time, I hope to have obtained, getting my UEFA Pro Licence, to widen my knowledge of the game. In 10 years time I also hope to open a charity football academy in a deprived country.

COUNSELING SIDE

​I am also interested in having a second job and applying to be a counselor. This is because I enjoy working with people, discovering underlying issues and helping them consider and facilitate change. I want to focus on developing personal insight and building relationships with young people and guiding them in the right path way which is important to me. I believe I have many of the personal qualities that are necessary for counseling young people. I am a caring, sociable person, who has an open-minded and optimistic approach to helping others. I am a good listener and friends and family always comes to me for advice. I have a desire to learn and strive to improve. In particular, the process of learning, rather than the outcome, is important to me. I am also creative and I like thinking of new ways to do things. My long term goal will also be to have done some ministry work with young people, saving lost souls and bringing them to Christ.

Lastly I hope to have brought a house and have a family of my own.
